i need my hp printer repaired by someone who deals with hp printers?

Your E10 2 error is actually an EIO (eio) 2 error which is commonly misread as E10. An EIO error commonly refers to a JetDirect NIC error. You can try performing a "Cold Reset" of the printer, reseat the JetDirect NIC a couple of times, or as a last step (which is more common than not for this problem) replacement of the JetDirect NIC.
