Where can I find the best deals on cell phones like the Motorola RAZR or SLVR, without any contracts?

i want preferably new phones with camera and video, mp3 if possible.
Try doing a pay as you go plan. They don’t have contracts and you can get cool phones. T-Mobile does it and Cingular. I’m sure any phone company can. But if you want an actual plan I think the only company I know about that doesn’t do contracts is Cricket.

It depends on what phone you want. I have had both. I purchased a pink razr outright from Walmart (they are the cheapest on everything, even with a new contract) and it was $277. Black and Silver sell on ebay for cheaper than that. I just got a SLVR and it was $349 without a contact. I suggest getting a razr if you are used to a flip phone. The only difference between the two is the SLVR plays music and the keypad is a little tricker bc its smaller. And you CANT get insurance on it from cingular.
